Samuel was suggested to me by a family member who had also sold their house through him. He has excellent local knowledge and buyers insight, which is what I wanted in a real estate agent. His communication was top tier, as was the rest of the teams. They kept me up to date, as I was out of town for the entire selling process. The house was listed for more than I expected and I was nervous initially, but Samuel made it happen and it sold for more than I could have hoped for. Kudos to Samuel and his team, I couldnt have asked for a better experience, I would highly recommend!
