If i could give Choices flooring DUBBO zero stars i would. I had the company attend my residence for free measure and quotes roughly 3 months ago. Since then i have called almost weekly asking for the quote. Every week i was told it was not available and someone would return my call. I never received a call from company once. So After 3 months i called again today. The company couldnt even get my name right after searching my details on the system & me stating who was calling. The company then stated they only attended my residence in the last few weeks. I informed the lady it had actually been months. I was then informed the company would return to my residence to complete another set of measurements as apparently now the measurements have been lost. Disguisting service provided by Choices Flooring Dubbo and i can honestly say I would not trust this company to now install my new flooring when its clear they cant even get a quote completed correctly and hold no value towards their customers. Extremely poor disappointing service from this company.
