Have rang Practice 5 times to obtain a tax invoice to have medical records transferred to Victoria to another Doctor. Over 3 weeks and still no invoice. Medical records still not transferred and trying to set up new referrals and appointments. So frustrating. So unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

This practice is self serving. Reception (who I had ever spoken with) cut me off, made very strong statements about not providing "hard drugs" - sounded like illegal drugs to me, had bad attitude. "First do no harm" The most expensive pharmacist only medication prescribed. On my income. Not good. Needed a multivisit referral. Easy enough to get. One option will not be available for 4 to 6 months. Dr Unaware. Other option most expensive. No possible on my current income.

I will begin by saying that I have, in my lengthy time of going to the practice, had only one doctor that I would say was very below par. He didn't last long fortunately. All of the other doctors there that I have seen, including my current doctor, have been brilliant. The long term support staff and nurses are friendly, professional and in general first class. Bulk billing is available for those who have pension cards. Other medical centres might look flasher but honestly I think in Dubbo, this practice is the best over all.

Deceptive previous ratings. On the surface seems fine...but... Punctual, polite...On the outside. A lifetime of poor choices, the cabinet is opened. If in a temporary bind, all you will find is your Medicare card swiped.
