Had a bit of a disaster with a 2L carton of milk being left on the front seat of my car overnight, realised the following morning that it had exploded. Purchased the diamond package ($300) as also needed the outside of the car detailed, but Ram realised that in order to clean the car thoroughly and protect the inner electrics of the car (and prevent further costs down the track from the electrics failing after chemicals being used inside the car that would be necessary to facilitate a proper clean), that the seats would need to be removed (ended up costing an extra $150). The price for a pretty disastrous situation and the amount of effort required on the car is extremely fair, and it's very clear that Ram takes great pride in what he does, and has great customer service skills. The long thread of very positive reviews he has on Google (which is how I found him) are very well earned. I would recommend his service to anyone. Thank you again.
