I recently had rhino septoplasty performed with Dr Richard Sackeleriou on the Gold Coast. My experience was very good, he is artistic, articulated the pre and post procedural details in clear terms for me and was available post procedure 24/7. There was no question too big or small for him. I highly recommend surgery with Dr Richard as you really do feel well looked after, he definitely is clear on setting your expectations and knows what hes doing. Dr Richard Sackelariou was very thorough and went through all details before the surgery, he was more then generous with his time and answered all my questions. For me the after care was extremely important many surgeons that I had seen before deciding to go with Richard didn't include after care as part of the quote or the visits were limited and any additional visits came with a fee. Richard visited me twice a day while in hospital and all visits after surgery were included in the original amount paid. I always saw Richard and not a nurse, he took the stitches out and was always able to accommodate my visits around work so I didn't need to take time off. He was always available via mobile as well for any questions or concerns during recovery time . My dealings with Gina were great. Once again always able to assist with all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Richard. The team was a pleasure to deal with.
