        Dr Henry Shepherd is a very friendly and is very thorough. He takes the time to understand your situation before providing a recommendation. He is also extreme good with kids making them feel relaxed. Cant recommend enough.

        The doctor my son saw (Dr Henry Shepherd) was amazing he was thorough and explained very well and in detail the medication he needed - he took the time during the consult and apologised for the waiting time which I didnt feel was an issue especially compared to any other medical centre - I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and they have always been fantastic

        Receptionist recorded my name incorrectly (not the 1st time). Result of which my name was taken off the list (not the 1st time). Mumbles into their masks (every time), only THEY know what they are saying. Would change practises if not for the GREAT medical staff. Have been going there for years and hate having to deal with receptionists. Robots would be more efficient & more friendly.......You asked me !!!
