Dr Martin Sullivan

Did my ankle surgery. Twenty years later, 30kgs heavier and still no problems despite being told is have arthritis a few years after the surgery. Thank you "Prof" Sullivan

Professor Sullivan, has changed my life for the first time in my life Im walking pain free. After seeing multiple other surgeons who didnt know really what to do with my complex situation, Professor Sullivan did and after two full reconstructions & re-alignments, Im walking pain free and returning to full fitness to get back into all my sport. Hes has very good bed side manner and very polite to all nurses and doctors and has a great team who are just fantastic. Im not surprised hes considered one of the best orthopaedic surgeons in the world! I wouldnt go to any other surgeon hes the best!

We took our son to Dr Sullivan for an ankle surgery. An issue that had plagued our son for 2 years. He plays at national level. We got several recommendations, saw several surgeons and settled on Dr Sullivan (Martin). What can I say. He is a miracle worker. Firstly, when we mentioned to the Australian FFA soccer officials we were seeing him, their head Physio said "I'd wish you luck but you don't need it, he is the best there is". Well that is 100% true. Our sons recovery has been nothing short of remarkable. He even was off pain killers 3 days after the surgery. By chance our physio was actually at the surgery (watching other surgeries) and told us it went great and what he had done (which is too technical for me to share), but suffice to say quite sophisticated. Every appointment we have gone to he has been close to on time and dealt with my son so well. We had also got 3 quotes from other people and he was the most cost competitive. Every interaction has been exactly as planned, professional and well managed. The office staff (Jean) have been very responsive to requests, to school letters, queries, anything we have asked. i had read reviews on Dr Sullivan before we chose him. Things like his bedside manner or this and that. I just can't understand them. He is probably the most even, cool and nice guy we have dealt with. He is actually even quite amusing. My son absolutely loves him. Thankyou 1000 times over Dr Sullivan and Jean. Do your self a favor, if you want the best go to him. If he seems a bit quiet etc, don't worry, he is just like a normal guy, down to earth. His communication also helped make my son feel comfortable and us as he didn't get too complex and over the top.
