The Rig Darlinghurst

For someone who isn't a gym person, I can't rate The Rig more highly. It's a relaxed and fun atmosphere but a great workout. Nik is an excellent instructor - he sets a challenging class but helps you to find your pace and level to get the most out of it. I've thoroughly enjoyed increasing my strength during the Tuesday lunchtime classes. Worth the visit!

Might be the best gym in the world. I was in town for a few weeks and was able to join on a week by week basis while there. I felt totally welcomed by the community and enjoyed the class structure and variety. Coaches and facility were great. If I lived in the area I would be there all the time!

With over 20 odd years of going to different gyms, the rig is by far my standout. Gabi and Nick are so attentive and ensure your technique and posture are correct to avoid injury. The gym has a real community feel about it, its friendly and they make working out fun!

I started at The Rig about 3 years ago and knew I was in good hands when I started. Great program run by great coaches with an awesome vibe. Would highly recommend- Thanks for everything Nik!
