Dr. Kathryn Samaras

I cannot express enough how unprofessional and rude this doctor was . I urge anyone to look further . She sets a low low bar !

Would give zero stars if I could. Highly disorganised clinic. I had an appointment scheduled in over 4 weeks in advance. 2 days before my appointment, they rescheduled to a different time. Then 30 minutes before my already rescheduled appointment, they had to reschedule AGAIN. Then, on the morning of my (third) rescheduled appointment (this morning), I call at 8am to ask if my 8.45am appointment is still scheduled - they tell me it's actually been booked for 9.30am but to come in anyway. I get to the clinic at 8.35am, only to be told the appointment is actually tomorrow at 12.45pm but they'll see what they can do today. I wait for almost an hour, only to be told they can't see me today at all. I've never experienced such chaos when seeing a specialist doctor. I will not be seeing a specialist at this clinic, and will be finding a new doctor who actually cares and is more organised.

Very generous with other peoples time. Why can some medicos be on time and others hours late?

I have seen Dr Kathryn Samaras for few times in the past 6 months for a thyroid condition. I would like to say other than the exceptional experience in womens all round health including Thyriod, Dr Samaras is caring and provides guidance for the challenges women face in menopause. Dr Samaras is thorough with diagnosis and provides options with conditions presented. i highly recommend Dr Samaras to women and issues relating to endocrinology and overall women health. Always a pleasure seeing Dr Samaras and her polite Receptionists (hard to find these days).
