Terrible service my item was left with many flaws that the man made excuses for saying it was there when I bought it even when it was brand new. Asked to get cuffs down on a suit jacket, left with tears and loose strings on the cuff, not straight and dont sit the same as before. Very disappointed with the service and the man began getting mad at me for pointing out these flaws. Dont waste your time very careless job Service: Alterations

i went in to get my formal dress altered so it would fit me, i asked him how much it would be and he told me $60. so i was okay with that and got him to shorten it and take in the leg slit. when i came to pick it up he tried charging me $100 and said oh it was a big job so its more and i said but you quoted me $60, why are you trying to charge more now he kept trying to say the 60 was an estimate however i recall specifically asking for the exact cost, he kept trying to shame me into paying more when i literally didnt have the money to pay that much. eventually he gave up and i managed to pay 60. i wouldnt ever go back, im anxious my dress is not going to look good, ill edit when i find out it its okay.
