Huge waiting times .. Could have gone through labour and given birth in the time it took to complete a simple request. Unapologetic staff and uninformed, sorry not good.

Staff here are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but there is almost always a line up. They work as quickly and efficiently as they can and this morning I witnessed one staff member grab a chair and give it to an elderly lady in the line! They just need more staff first thing in the morning.
