Great juicer and does the job exactly as was expected. The only issue was that the base unit where the motor is located was faulty and did not switch on. We had to exchange it with a new juicer. I personally believe that the first item had been used or was a returned/repaired juicer as the way it was packaged didn't seem to be right. Anyhow, they simply exchanged it for us and it has been working fine since.

Bought a Japanese cleaver knife from them and it was delivered really fast. They went above and beyond by including a sharpening stone and a sharpening guide with the delivery. Really happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller to anyone. Keep up the good work
