WORST SERVICE! I just gave her 1 star because I could not post this otherwise. I would actually give this business minus 100 stars! Good luck to you if she loses your dry cleaning. She will blame you and not assist you in locating the item. She will even go as far as denying she ever dry cleaned your item. MY ADVICE: If you must use her dry cleaning service, when you drop your items in for dry cleaning make sure you do not give her any wiggle room to blame you. Make sure when she writes on the ticket she is specific about your item, i.e "dress with belt" or "item has no damage", and when you pick your item up inspect it before you leave and if you are in a rush then keep your ticket, make sure she writes that it was picked up and check your items ASAP so you can go back ASAP if something goes wrong. And by ASAP I mean less than a week. I would even go as far as taking photos, she is so dodgey. ITEM 1 LOST: She has lost an expensive top of mine and did not want to look for it, take my number, or enquire with the dry cleaning service because she was adamant she did not have it, and blamed me for it. Her reasons for blaming me made no difference to why my top was lost. I even showed her a photo of the top and asked if she could just look around, she would not even do that! Then 1 year later she returns my top because she ran into my mother and says she did not have my contact number to let me know! And she did not even dry clean the top, it smelt really bad, and I had to pay again to have it dry cleaned and it still smells! But she still blames me! At the very least in this scenario she could have helped or offered compensation. Such bad service if she loses your item! So truly, good luck to you ITEM 2 LOST: I did not learn my lesson the first time and I thought it was a one-off event, and I still put my clothes in for dry cleaning. But this time she lost the matching belt to my dress, another expensive item. This was just before the holidays 2022 and she had closed for a few weeks and I went back and asked if she had it. Same situation, same lack of problem-solving abilities, same defensive attitude. She blamed me for not coming in sooner (I said she was closed), she denied having ever dry cleaned my dress then she said there was no belt when I dropped the dress in! Contradictory much! Again, the reasons she was blaming me had no bearing on why my belt was lost. I had to explain that I was not attacking her I just wanted her assistance in locating my belt and I reminded her that she provided the same poor service the other time and she ended up being wrong. She blamed me again but at least this time she said she would hold onto my number. So who knows, maybe in a year I will see my belt again

Maria is a fantastic seamstress and I'm very happy with her work on my sports clothing! Very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended
