Yoga teachers often make light of things by saying little jokes and often when we are sensitive or feeling vulnerable we can hear it in the wrong way than intended. A great teacher lets us know where we need to "show up", where we can improve, accepting all of our ugly bits, and to learn that it is never personal. If you are sensitive and know that about yourself then give a little space to observe your reaction without judgement. Or you could find a yoga teacher that will play to your vulnerabilities, stroke your ego and allow you to remain the same as you walked in and seek no growth. A yoga teacher calls it how they see it, that's all ! It's all done from a place of love, no matter how you see it. Namaste
