        This was our third sauna, we love it. We have also done a couple of floats, which are also great. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

        I had my first experience today, starting with a massage from Shawn Lin followed by a float. Shawn was very detailed in assessing me prior to the massage, and really focused on my areas of concern. The massage itself was both very enjoyable but also firm so it felt like he was working out some kinks, and nice to wind down in the float afterwards. Highly recommend.
