Prompt Web Hosting

Absolutely the most useless service imaginable. We have been trying now for almost 4 days to have an issue resolved where we cannot send emails. Their response has been along the lines of 'we'll get back to you shortly,' or 'we're escalating the issue'. Nearly 4 days later nothing has been resolved. To get a response from their online support we have to send the same request multiple times and when we get a response, if we indeed get a response it is the same empty promise of 'we're working on it' or 'we'll get back shortly'.

I've had various websites hosted by these guys for close to 6 years now and couldn't be happier. I have no desire to move away from them and their support staff are amazing. I've never had to wait more than an hour for them to get back to me and fix my various stuff-ups. I highly recommend Prompt Web Hosting. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definetely would.
