So happy theyre finally opened near me! All 3 shops Ive tried (CBD , Cammeray, Crows Nest) consistent quality. Best beef rare pho in crows nest for sure ! Nice lychee freeze too.

Shared a few dishes here with my partner. Firstly the spring rolls were delicious (and now I am aware, in fact homemade). Up next was the beef brisket pho, which was OK - but overtly sweet, as if sugar was added into the broth. Then lastly was the lemongrass chicken (not pictured) was insanely oily. Service was non-existent with staff not being attentive and ignoring basic requests for items, i.e. water and salt was ignored. A very disappointing experience. **edit: Given the spring rolls are handmade I have removed the reference to their price in my review as I agree with the owner. As for the service, its not about getting someone to pour my water I am more than capable of doing that myself. The issue is having to try track some down to ask to receive water, a fork, salt and napkins and those requests having to be repeated numerous time to various other employees when staff should see if someone doesnt have cutlery to eat their meal.
