    I wish id read previous reviews, took my tv in for a backlight repair told $66 for quote to diagnose problem which I had already told him the problem. Was called after a week to say I could come pick up my repaired tv. I came in the next day and his wife said it was not ready and needs more time (was not called or informed). Was called close to a week later to say it will be a further $300 dollars and do I want to go ahead and would be one week. Was called another week later told would now be $380 and take 2 - 3 week in which I declined and was told then by text to come pick up tv. I informed I wouldn't be able to pick up till Monday (that day being Friday). I then was texted on Monday to say if I did not pick up my TV that day they were going to dispose of it. I went to pick up my TV asked for my refund as they had not actually completed a single repair on my TV and was told that was for the quote of which he had to diagnose the problem (in which I had diagnosed myself and informed him of what needed fixing) He then got my TV out of the back without the stand attached. I then asked where is the stand he then goes into the back to appear fishing around for it and handed it to me (without being attached) as if to say see ya later. I left and realised the next day he had not given back my remote in which I had to go back to pick up in which he couldn't remember all of a sudden. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for repairs this guys is dodgy as.

    They had a shocker. Had my stereo from November to May. I rang every month and I got a different story. Parts are ordered, taking longer because its Christmas. All excuses. I went and picked it up and now told me its not worth fixing. Update to my review. 1st Aug 2019. I now think this place is a con. I googled my problem and 2 clear you tube videos came up with the fix. So them telling me they were waiting for a part is a lie. It was a 13 cent part and any electronic shop could change it. I did it myself and all worked. I think they take your $75 and hope you dont come back.

    Took 30 year old high quality Sony CD deck and Sony amplifier for repair. CD deck repair was easy. Just needed new belts and drawer adjustment but amplifier a problem. Initially told me that need to go to China himself to rifle through parts for required circuit board but then said ordered part. Cancelled order when I hesitated about price. Decided to go ahead with repair but told me that cancelled part in limbo somewhere and cannot locate. Left amplifier with them while I was away for a few weeks but don't think it has been touched since before I left. Rang yesterday to say that I wished to pick it up today and told me needed to reassemble it but this morning when I arrived had to search around for it at the bottom of the collect pile. Now simply said part not available since unit quite old, so story changing each time. Also attempted to sell me a replacement unit that had supposedly been serviced and checked over. Not at all satisfied with quality of service.

    Good experience. They offered to replace my television that I sent in with a brand new one provided that they keep the faulty product at a discounted rate.
