Chris and Nathan have done an amazing job supplying our business with a new phone system. Over several weeks they took the time to review our current setup and analyze our needs. The installation was well-planned and thorough and training was comprehensive. Couldnt recommend them more highly. Well-done!

Really poor service, spend your money elsewhere. We had a phone system installed less than 3 years ago and we've had drop outs ever since. They'll happily answer the sales line but trying to get support for an ongoing issue is liken to pulling teeth, without anaesthetic. We've chased and chased these people to get someone out here to resolve the problem. They finally responded today with a bill, to be paid before they attend that accompanied a no guarantee policy that they'll fix the problem. Pretty typical behaviour from a company with that name on the building, profits before people. I'll happily revise this review if they'll offer some better service and assistance to resolve the problem.

I could not be happier that I chose to go with Commander North Sydney. Chris & his team have been fantastic taking my 1980's phones to the NBN. They listened to my concerns & offered solutions BUT more so they delivered everything they promised at the times they promised with everything working.

Switched from "The Big T" to Commander recently following a friendly walk-in introduction from the team & could not be happier. No nameless, faceless telco - these guys are focused on growing their presence on the North side & deliver well beyond expectations. Was nervous of the switch to NBN & VOIP phones, however Commander made it happen without a hitch, after numerous false starts with T, & have helped me set up a superior phone system for my small biz that effectively increases our ability to service simultanous calls from 1 to 4, without extra cost. 5 stars from me.
