        I called them to have some advise around my rental property in New Zealand. I spoke to Mike who was extremely rude and greedy person. He refused to answer any questions and said that he can only talk when I pay for him to do my tax return. I dont think this greedy attitude will help them.

        It took almost 2 weeks for them to respond to my inquiries only to tell me they cant help me because I dont have a rental property. Super weird discussion with a woman who seemed very disinterested.

        I called to make a general query as I was needed specialist help and was met with an arrogant and dismissive attitude. I do not appreciate being spoken to that way Michael. I understand you may be having a long day but you are not the only one, and talki g to potential customers in the way you just spoke to me will make growing a business extremely difficult.
