        I am the chairperson of the strata committee of a 15 unit apartment block. We engaged MJ Engineering to provide a technical specification, negotiate the building contract, run a tender and supervise the builder - a large construction company. Mark provided me with clear and sound advice at all stages of the project. Several unforeseen issues came up during the course of the project with respect to the building work; Mark managed the builder skilfully and came up with sensible solutions.
