    The apartments themselves are decent. Bad decorations and bad layouts, but good water pressure and space. Cleaning is poorly done. It smells like mold in the walkways and we found mold in our appliances. After multiple service visits it still was not removed. The service is absolutely abysmal. It is almost as if they don't understand that they are dealing with human beings. They will promise you one thing and then do something else. In my situation they are having me move from one apartment to another, but requiring me to move out at 10am and not be able to move in until at least 2pm. They do not seem trustworthy enough to store my items, so I will have to find alternate accomodations for my things while being burdened for an entire day working around their schedule with absolutely no regard given to my schedule. Update: they did not ever show up to my move or assist in any way like they promised. The new apartment had appliances that weren't working and weren't serviced for weeks, even with my consistent follow up. There are drain flies and cockroaches in the apartments and yet again the cleaning was sub par. I had to clean all of my dishes again as they smelled of mold and were put away wet prior to me moving in. Also, be ready to hear every single footstep from very loud neighbors. They seem to love moving furniture and hitting water pipes for their evening relaxation. You will also hear and feel constant banging and ground shaking from the gym next door, no matter what floor you are on. I will never stay with them again and will never consider them for housing again after my current corporate housing contract is finished. I discourage you as much as possible from even considering this place as it is awful. I cannot wait to move.

    Nice enough accomodation ID required seems over the top, poor online portal Building Management pleasant and apologetic explaining its a common occurrence. Supposed owner (Yossi) is extremely rude, no manners and condescending. Fails to communicate to the building management on number of instances. Felt unsafe during stay, the building access codes and key lock boxes dont seem to be changed very often nor is the unit key a security key. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
