John and Simone were incredibly helpful from start to finish with our order. We searched high and low for a business to create a custom brass tag with numerous artworks printed on them, and they approached it with a can do attitude. The product came out looking beautiful and was delivered well within our deadline. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for beautiful custom made brass tags.

Drove 2 hours from the Southern Highlands to their "office" in Crows Nest only to find out that it's a Virtual Office and no one actually works out of there. I called the Sydney number to find out what was going on only to speak to some guy who was in Melbourne. Useless. If you are going to promote and office then the least you could do is have someone in the office to meet potentiometer customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
