Leaking shower, down to ceiling in my townhouse. Under warranty until now not fix yet fix. We been chasing 2 months already!!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of recently purchasing factory units built by RISE. On first view we were extremely happy with the finish of the units. While fitting out the units, all of our trades commented on how great they looked and how well they were finished off. All our verbal and written dealings with RISE were great. I would not hesitate to purchase one of their builds in the future. Thank you, Rise Projects.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Rise Projects and while initially they were very pleasant it soon became clear that there is a dark side to their negotiation strategies. In the past 30 years buying and selling real estate I've never experienced such aggressive and ruthless practices. Be very careful in dealing with this company and keep detailed written records, as I have, because you will likely need them. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER BELOW: Open and honest are not two words fully understood by the representative of this company that told me that he preferred to deal with each owner separately and not to have the same deal for all its this attitude that cost them this purchase not anything we did. Owners need an agent like ourselves to defend them against manipulative people like this. My warning stands, be careful dealing with this company
