Dan helped me to purchase a nice apartment in a prime location at Chatswood last January. Although I live in Seoul and I didnt visit Sydney at all, he alone managed the whole process from property research, viewing and analysis of apartments that I was interested in to have a viewing through his reports, negotiation with the vendors, even attending an auction on behalf of me. He is very professional. He communicates and responses positively and efficiently. He is really hand on his works and he is a hardworker. He expresses his views and opinions directly and explains the reasons well. I realised he has such great negotiation skill through speaking with the vendors. I think that I have bought my apartment cheaper than I expected, highly likely cheaper than the market price for the time. I am very happy with my apartment I bought with Dans help. Dan was so approachable and considerate right from the start. He spoke to us in ways we understood, always with clear, honest communication. When it was crunch time he was dedicated to our dream and ultimately negotiated so we could get our property! Would recommend his service to anyone as he always puts his clients first and will be there anytime you need him to talk, offer suggestions or to step in and bid.
