I could only agree with everything i see writen before me. Most notibly the lack of responce i recieve when emailing RHH about concerns or requests. Weeks go by even when follow up emails are sent. Not once not twice but many occasions have left us feeling ignored. theres more i could say but you probably get the idea based on other feedback. i dont normally write negative reviews, but frustrating experiences like this need to be heard. both for the company to take on feedback and be better but also to warn other customers of potential concerns.

Special mention to Tom Cvetanovski. He definitely went above and beyond to help. I met him at a special arranged viewing, and after listening to my requirements, he reached out afterwards with more properties that could work for me. He then agreed to show those properties during weekdays. All of these were very much his initiatives. He has been very professional, responsive, attentive, kind and respectful throughout the process. Any landlord would be very lucky to have him as representative and he is a highly valuable team member to any real estate agency!

Impressed by David Hill David Hill has so much energy, empathy and enthusiasm when we first met with him, making us feel confident and comfortable with his excellent knowledge and history in the real estate market. David was very attentive and communicative throughout the process of selling our apartment. We were overwhelmed with the quick and fantastic results he achieved in selling our place.
