I'm a tenant at one of their properties in Wollstonecraft. I am absolutely impressed and amazed with the quick turnaround time with any issues in the rental. They're easy to talk to and easy to reach whenever something goes wrong unlike our previous agents (Zoom Real Estate) who wouldn't even bother helping us even when there was an emergency. Thank you Northside Realtors for such a pleasant experience!

The property had moulds issue and they did not considered that and asked us to pay for that as part of end of lease cleaning which was not right....moreover the lady Maisa was very very rude in her behaviour...the washing machine had issues which we had raised several time but they did nothing..apsolutely pathetic service...stay away...

We couldn't recommend Brad Cole and the team highly enough! From our very first meeting, Brad was extremely knowledgeable, professional and approachable, and made the process of initially leasing our property and eventual sale seamless. Northside found excellent tenants despite the impacts of Covid-19 who maintained the property and didnt cause any problem. When it came to the sale, Brads knowledge of the local area/market was invaluable, he actively kept my husband and I up-to-date and ultimately, got us a fantastic result with our sale - very happy all round!
