Very happy with the service provided by Chris and Michael. This was our first home purchase and we had a lot of questions. They were very patient and explained everything in detail. Communication was good - we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. We would be happy to recommend them to any first home buyers who are looking for a knowledgeable and approachable conveyancing firm.

First meeting they wanted to take a print copy of my credit card (including CCV!). Their basic fee covers basically nothing as everything they do they charge extra. Charged about $270 for sundries, mail, copy & disbursements and failed to send a paper copy of the contract out. I probably paid twice as much as elsewhere. I highly recommend to go elsewhere. Untrustworthy and bullying culture.

Dishonest and incompetent. Rude and aggressive. They tried to deduct excessive fees at settlement without providing prior written invoices.Called me in the evening before the scheduled settlement and started quoting more than double the agreed amount of fees due advising they would e deducted at settlement. I had to cancel settlement, ask for an invoice in writing and rebook settlement.Charge way above scheduled fees. Documentation incorrectly prepared and important requirements not completed therefore almost delaying the second attempt at settlement . After buying and selling many properties and never having had issues with other conveyancers or solicitors this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.Go elsewhere.

After looking for a property to purchase for a long time, Chris and the team helped me across the line with my off the plan purchase. Having not bought or sold in 48 years it has certainly been an experience. I have been very impressed with Chris's efficiency & knowledge and he always available to discuss my matter.
