Why have an added service of depositing money into your account when staff are unwilling to give it? I came around to post office so I can deposit the money I have collected for charity (contains coins too) just to be told that the person serving can only cap the amount just because they get a lot of people showing up with coins? It seems that I have made an inconvenienced on his job. Now I have to arrange other means of depositing the remaining coins which couldve been done in one transaction. The staff that made that comment shouldnt be working there - its utter laziness and not upholding the service they should be giving to customers.

I've had great service at this post office numerous times and today, when I came in with our family passport applications, the staff member was patient, thorough and extremely helpful. I'm very grateful, as I thought it was going to be much more involved. I'm very appreciative!! Thank you!

The 'live - not busy' indicator is not accurate. Two staff on counter with the line stretched round the back of the office so decided to come back later. Post should be a 5 minute job - not 15+

I sure hope youre open on the weekends as its very inconvenient to be given a card during weekdays at times when everyones at work, then expect your customers to pick it up during their work hours. All this inconvenience just to pick up a shirt that can be shoved inside my locked mailbox.
