4Cyte Pathology Crows Nest

The attending nurse in the centre is EXTREMELY SLOW. I have been to 3 other 4Cyte pathology centres and it never takes so much time to give your blood samples. With this one, on the other hand, it takes forever. I have seen people leaving because they didn't want to wait anymore. Management should do something, because its not only waste of our time, but also such a low speed of service causes you to loose money. Apart from that, apparently she is not very confident with her skills. Last time she drew my blood, she scratche me and I ended up with 2 holes in my arm instead of one. Unpleasant experience.

Bad technique taking blood. And when I complained these are the following condescending responses I got - "of course it's hurting, its a needle", "your veins are too narrow and tiny that's why it so slow", or because you moved. This is not my first time getting my blood tested. But this is the first time it has been so painful.

After booking and giving a days notice that I would be there half an hour before closing, when I showed up for my appointment I was made to feel like an inconvenience and nuisance after a very stressful week regarding my health. The pathologist was rude and even called her boss to complain about the timing of my appointment in front of me. I will not be attending this clinic again and would not recommend it to anyone in the future.
