He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I may have. I have been thoroughly impressed with his expertise and the level of care he provides. In addition to Dr. Kong's exceptional care, I have also been very impressed with the practice manager, Kristen. She has always been very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. Her professionalism and dedication to patient care is truly exceptional.         Dr Kong is one of the best ENT in Australia! He was so knowledgeable and really great at explaining everything in a way we could understand. My partner had ongoing ear and nose issues for over 10 years and seen so many doctors, as soon as we saw dr Kong we got an answer straight away and was confirmed with a scan. He makes you feel so comfortable and hands down the best ENT I have ever gone too.

        Saw Dr. Palmar for a series of symptoms related to my hearing, got a very dismissing "that is not my area, talk to your GP" answer. Very disappointed.
