I started seeing Amy this year for some stubborn gut related issues. Amy is amazing and so thorough. She also encourages you to check in and is on hand to reply to my quick email updates about how Im going on any new supplements or protocol. Ive never experienced that before. I first reached out to Amy for some additional re-had following a shoulder injury, as I chose not to follow advise and take prescribed medications. What an enlightening and life changing experience, I cant thank her enough. Amy didnt just help me with recovery and functional movement but helped me understand not only what I have spent many many years doing wrongly with posture and position, but how easy it is to have more energy and focus by simple changes to my diet and life style. Even though I have recovered nearly 100% from my injury I have continued with Amys guidance and support to improve not only, functional movement and health but whole life by simply removing bad habits, diet and taking time to listen to my body.
