A very pleasant experience! We engaged the service online primarily for the purpose of rental properties inspection and application interstate. Natalie contact me the next day with an overview of the service and what to expect, then introduced Kristyn as our manager in Brisbane. Both Natalie and Kristyn are friendly, responsive, and very organised, which is most valuable when you dont understand the interstate rental processes and cannot inspect in person. We received great quality images, videos and comprehensive summaries from Kristyn for every property she inspected and landed our rental in such a tight market in 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

Moving countries in the middle of a pandemic is no laughing matter - but RSA made the whole process so much better! With the help of RSA, we were able to get comfortable with our chosen Sydney suburbs, despite not being able to visit them. There was so much uncertainty leading up to our move - in terms of international border closures, visa issues, state borders and flight cancellations - but Sue was willing and able to work through various different scenarios with us, and adjust as things changed. Ana did a wonderful job of viewing and reporting back on rental properties - keeping us in the loop (and often on the camera!) throughout. The home that we were able to secure with Sue and Ana's help was even beyond expectations when we finally arrived in Sydney and were able to see it in person. We are so happy we chose RSA for our move and highly recommend them to anyone considering relocating.
