I have used George and the team at How Strategy Group several times over the years however this was the first time using them for a construction loan. As always, George took care of everything and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. What I love most about How Strategy Group is the personal connection and the willingness to problem solve to ensure the best possible outcome. I cant recommend this company enough.

This week I bought my first home; a waterfront property at the Port Lincoln Marina in South Australia. This would not have been possible without the support of George and Robyn at How Strategy Group. How Strategy Group were recommended by a friend of mine who owns several properties, and having now gone through this process myself, I couldn't rate them highly enough. The real estate agent shared the reason they were able to move so quickly to secure the purchase and get the property off the market (despite plenty of interest), was due to the exceptional team behind me. As she said, they were highly organized, which gave the seller confidence. From the moment my offer was accepted George was on the phone to the agency providing reassurances and navigating the terms of sale and Robyn was following closely behind with supporting documents. Securing the finance approval to me, seemed just like time, but I know George and Robyn were working frantically behind the scenes. From my first meeting with How I noted how calm and reassuring they were; this was a journey (not a race), and Robyn and George were there to support me along the way. I also appreciated that they treated me with the utmost respect and importance, despite my experience or budget. They encouraged me to ensure I fully understood every decision I was about to make, and they provided me with resources to do just that. By nature, I tend to be quite skeptical and cautious, particularly with such a big financial decision, but I felt so comfortable working with George and Robyn and absolutely trusted them with the most important purchase of my life. I have no doubt that the reason I was able to secure my new home is because of their knowledge, support and partnership. Thanks George and Robyn, I cant thank you enough!
