Nurses are awesome. Very helpful and experienced. The wait before appointments is usually long though, which is the only annoying thing.

I went to this centre around two and half years ago to discuss my son who was 9 months old at the time. The person i spoke to was discouraging and mean (said we had given our son no skills to self settle or sleep through the night, and what did we expect?). The next week, my son started sleeping through the night and has done since. My wife attended today with our six week old daughter and was again discouraged and told she wasn't doing things right even though our daughter is growing and developing perfectly (the dr was very happy with her progress). Bottom line, go see them if you have to but don't be discouraged by what they say, it appears they have a fairly inflated view of themselves!

Nurses are lovely but service is terrible. Phone line rarely goes through and to make an appointment in person, you are asked to take a seat and wait. Took 20 minutes wait to simply book an appointment.

The nurses are very nice and supportive. The nurses helped me breastfeed my baby, connect to mothers group and gave information about babies developmental stages. Great service centre! Very positive experience
