I was refused to see a bulk GP because according with the receptionist, the clinic policy states that bulk GP can be seen only after downloading the app and signing in for the membership, otherwise she said you must go privately and pay $90 and that they allow patient without the app on their phone only under certain circumstances, that she was not able to explain. I have told her I was happy to pay $90 but elsewhere. Btw most medical centre offer Medicare rebates. Embarrassing!!

Three hour wait for Gp is a common occurrence. Understaffed. Radiology service is fast.

Dr John Kim is friendly and patient. He answers all the questions patiently. He is helpful. However, there is usually long wait period in this medical center. Online booking system would have been highly beneficial. The reception could be more proactive. The communication between reception and the doctors may be delayed. It takes a few follow up emails to get an agreed document.

Dr Hema Kallan was very unprofessional and the worst, try to avoid her at all course. My partner need to see her since she provided work compensation certificate for her. But every time we came, she took hours break between patients. She just sit in her room without any patients or had her tea for ages.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Our Medical, primarily due to their unreliable appointment system and lackluster service. I had been eagerly looking forward to meeting Dr. Minoo, renowned as one of the best doctors in Sydney, but unfortunately, my visit turned out to be a complete waste of time. First and foremost, the application for securing an appointment with Dr. Minoo was absolutely terrible. It lacked a basic feature that could estimate waiting hours, leaving patients completely clueless about the expected waiting time. This lack of transparency is frustrating and creates unnecessary inconvenience for patients. Upon arriving at the clinic, I encountered further disappointment. The front staff had no idea about the waiting time or how long it would take for me to see the doctor. This lack of communication and coordination between the staff and the application system only added to my frustration. While I acknowledge the fact that visiting a GP on a Sunday might involve some waiting, the overall experience at Our Medical fell far short of expectations. It is disheartening to see such a reputed establishment failing to address fundamental issues like a dysfunctional appointment system. Although I recognize Dr. Minoo's expertise and professionalism, I am reluctant to return to Our Medical given the subpar experience I had. The clinic management should urgently address the flaws in their application system and improve the overall efficiency of their operations. Patients deserve a reliable and convenient appointment system that respects their time and provides accurate waiting time estimates. I sincerely hope that Our Medical takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for all patients. Until then, I cannot recommend this clinic, especially if you value your time and expect a smooth appointment process.
