        I'm sorry but I can't support this business. BEWARE They have continually stalled and failed to live up to what they promise on their website. Item not in stock, delayed delivery forced me to cancel order. I have now waited in excess of 3 weeks for a refund and despite they said they would proves it on 9 Oct 17 no action. Ken

        This shop provides a very good range of luggage and bags. The service is excellent. The woman who served us was helpful, showed and explained numerous options to both my partner and me. Good prices topped off a very good shopping experience.

        Google "Desa bags reviews"...says it all. Wish I'd done so before handing over money to these scammers. Ordered online, paid, got receipt... then nothing. Hasn't been posted (1+ month), won't answer the phone or emails. Surprised they're still in business as it seems like my experience is very common.
