Worst customer service off all. Seemed like the person just wanted me to leave and wouldnt even answer the questions properly, instead kept talking rudely or ignored to what I was asking. Worst place of all!! Need better customer service skills

My husband ordered a custom-made pink diamond necklace for my first Mothers Day. Matt designed the necklace and it was beautiful! Combination of rose gold and white gold with a beautiful pink diamond in the centre. I absolutely love it and it is so sentimental.

Great customer service, super friendly people and they do a fantastic job. Got my engagement ring and a couple other items done here recently and will go back for all my jewellery needs.

Fantastic service and excellent work. Mathew resized a ring and cleaned several others, he did this quickly due to us only passing through Sydney for a couple of days. He matched the engraving on the ring perfectly. We will definitely be back.

Matthew made the most stunning ring for me. My mum passed away and I had two rings of hers to be made into something special to honour her. He was patient, understanding and totally got what I wanted. He even made a cast of it so I would be happy with the size prior to making it. Old fashioned genuine customer service is rare these days. Matthew has it . Thank you for my beautiful ring.
