Had an issue with a Kay Bojesen Monkey repair kit. The staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful and happy to help. It was really a very small issue and the shop could of simply denied my request. However the staff member, and her manager, choose not to ignore my complaint but, instead, dealt with it in a cheerful and very efficient manner. I applaud their professionalism and customer support. Well done, Top 3 By Design. Your customer service, and, indeed, kindness, can not be faulted. Thank you.

Bought an item (ALWAYS expensivebut unique products) and tried to return/exchange. The owner said that they had never stocked this item or brand. I had lost the receipt but it was a fancy drink bottle in the vicinity of $70. I would not expect anyone to remember the name of all their brands bought over the passed 12months. I felt very dismissed and unvalued; my mistake -I didnt have my Chanel bag with me that day but I know I bought it there as I remember how uncertain I was given the price. She clearly wanted me gone. Note to self/ keep purchase proof and dress like money in places that want to be pretentious. Add: I spoke to a lovely young man initially who was very keen to help. The lady I spoke to initially was welcoming but possibly new. I did not feel any sort of warmth from the owner which is a shame given she is the figurehead of the business.

Called trying to track down the cable winding devices that I had purchased from Top3. I was surprised to find Alex was in the office to answer my questions. While Alex couldn't find what I was after, Alex suggested another similar thing: the Bosign Cable Organiser. Alex was very helpful and I ended up purchasing two of them. Very pleased with the quality of customer service.

Update, emailed Terri in relation to the issue and she replied back straight away and resolved then and there. Went over and beyond to resolve the issue. Over charged and refund not received, shopped here a week ago and on checkout we noticed we were double charged on some items, we queried with them and they promised to refund and send confirmation. Had to chase a second time and they said again they have refunded. It is now 7 days and no refund received. Great products but that is let down by badly trained staff. Check your items against what they charge before checkout!!
