I've had a few sessions with the lovely Taryn and it was well worth every $$ spent. Taryn holds such an incredibly safe space. I went to her not feeling safe, feeling disconnected in my body and not knowing how to proceed. In her sessions she gently explored this disconnection with me and what was holding me back. Big shifts were had that had a very real and physical impact on my body and how I felt about myself. I noticed even my posture straightened as my spine felt stronger and more stable. It felt like a reclaiming. She provided me with a way forward. Practices to continue to help me fully be in body which really helped me come back to myself. With Taryn I found my self joy again and my self trust, that gift is worth so much more than what she charges. I'd highly recommend Taryn and hope to work with her again to go even deeper in the future.

Taryn is one of the most skilled spiritual healers I've had the pleasure of meeting. I can honestly say that going to her at the time that I did was life changing. I've recommended her to dear friends who were also going through periods of significant emotional trials and they also expressed similar sentiments. Couldn't recommend her more highly enough.
