I received a lovely haircut from Kaoru today. She made sure to clarify what I wanted and offered useful suggestions. Head massage, tea and biscuits were a nice treat too.

Came in with a wild grown out mullet and not a clue how to fix it. Kaoru took her time during our consultation to really understand what I was trying to achieve and gave me great recommendations for how we could get there. She helped me figure out colour, hair cut, and day to day styling suggestions to achieve my desired look. I have never felt more confident about how I was going to walk out of a salon or more understood by a stylist. End result surpassed by expectations.
