        With all the rain weve had in Sydney mosquitoes were a real problem. Weve had the Ambush Mosquito trap going continuously since we bought it at the end of November and it is working great- no mozzies! Service was good and very quick. Weve now bought the refills and have the season sorted.

        Update 15/11/2022: I wish I dont have to resort to Google review to obtain any response but sadly in the absence a phone number nor email reply this seems the only method of seeking any form of customer service. Hi Michelle my unit stopped working in March/2022 and the replaced AC adaptor didnt make any difference. I know we are beyond warranty today but the lodgement for warranty was way earlier. Please respond to have this issue resolved. The trap was broken after 1 season. Customer service is no existing. No phone number. No reply to email for more than a month now. Wasted my money.

        WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a $249 trap and paid for it 45 days ago. I have not received my product nor a refund and this company is not responding to my emails.

        Replacement fans arrived quickly in the post - one arrived broken but Michelle and the Team sent a new one lickety-split. Delighted with the speed of response and communication. Top-up's of Booster formula came quickly too. Delighted with the Ambush mob for communication and action. Highly recommend.
