        The rudest encounter I have ever experienced. Refused to tell me the price over the phone & insisted I come to the shop. I explained I could not get to the shop & she hung up on me!

        Brought in my own balloons (normal foil and latex) to fill but the shop assistant comes up with all sorts of reasons that they cant fill the balloons unless I buy from the shop -end up charging me 28 dollars for a balloon number figure. Extremely rude.
