Rip off. Horrible service. Do not come here. Dr Ben Liu does a horrible job. During my times going there, his service was bad, he had horrible manners and did not do a proper job with my teeth. When it was time for my braces to come off, he took it off but didnt take the glue off my teeth and left it there for months and when we asked for it to be removed his attitude was extremely rude. When I had my braces and changed my wire every two weeks, he would never cut the wire at the back and left at least 1cm sticking out which would always scratch my gum or even worse stab it and go through my gum. Overall, do not come here. It is a rip off. Not professional at all.

AMAZING! Just absolutely amazing! I have never found a dentist since my former dentist retired, that made me feel as comfortable as Mr Liu. I had an Emergency Dental at 1am in the morning calling his mobile phone and he didn't even hesitate to tell us to come in. He waited 40 minutes for us to get there, and had everything prepared for me with no time wasted. Mr Liu explains everything in depth so nothing is worrisome. He never once allowed me to feel pain. And was always making sure I understood everything before doing it. The humour and enthusiasm he had at 1am was surprising, but it definitely made my night. Hahaha. Thank you Mr Liu! You're amazing.
