I have recently completed 9 sessions with Tina and I am very glad I committed to the process of which I was at first reluctant. Tina helped me to go through some challenges (or what I perceived as challenges) and I found some connections to my childhood. I discovered the strengths I got from it and felt empowered. Tina wasnt lost in the story and was focused on getting to the point.
