        Never open in the middle of the day - had to pick up a parcel and it would never be open, not very convenient

        No regular store hours. Only open when the owner feels like driving from home. No stock in store and full of trash. Full of parcels that can't be collected due to irregular hours. It took 5 attempts to collect my parcel before I finally got my hands on it!
