I would never recommend EPG to anyone, not only they lie about house and land packages they also trick you into paying the holding deposit. They call you and sweet talk you to go ahead with them by hidden costs without showing you any tender or design. As a first home buyer guys be careful, when you ask them questions to explain things they call you difficult to work with and show you that you are not the easy clients to work with. There are lot of builders out there you can find them your self. They have a lot of listing on realestate, be careful and don't get trapped. They take commission for finding you a builder with you doing all the work. They show you display house built by someone else and find a different builder. All the material used is different by different builders. I have attached this image for you guys to see where Albert Murphy is asking for a quote from this builder and accidentally forwards me the email. Tender was agreed for 252k but the builder forgot to add EPG's commission and sent the wrong tender and the price mentioned was 231k. On asking why did you send this on the phone he mentioned this is show you how difficult you guys are and they wanted to show us their commission.
