Terrible service... Do not recommend at all...unreliable service....I booked for end of lease clean and end of lease steam clean, NOONE showed up... BOTH bookings noone showed up.... It was meant to be done on a Saturday, noone came at all even though the next day we had to return the keys... I ended up desperately seeking a cleaner which eventually cost me 1650 dollars for an end of lease clean , because I was desperate on a Saturday evening... When I asked for compensation as they should be held accountable they said that they won't compensate me because they have already been penalised because they didn't charge me for the service they never provided... Imagine!!!!

Proceed with caution! There is a reason why they may be cheaper than the next service that is because these guys have zero co felt of time management. I booked my service well in advance. The job was accepted and paid for. We were moving house so wanted a final clean done before settlement. Thank goodness we were well prepared and opted to move out the Friday before settlement and not on the day. We booked an 11am slot understanding that there is a one hour window to allow for traffic / parking etc. At 10.30 I received a text saying they were now coming between 1-2pm. Not ideal but ok. Then I received a text at around 1.15 pm saying they will be here for 2pm. At this stage I was getting concerned because we had to vacate by 2pm to get to our next destination to meet the removalists. At 2pm I receive a text to say that they are delayed and cant get to me until 4pm How on earth can they be 5 hr late?!? Unless they completely double booked and dont care about their customers What a complete farce. I cancelled it and now have to find someone to come tomorrow and inconvenience our real estate agent to help us give cleaners access. Dont bother with these guys

Do not use. They cant get any bookings right. They cancel last minute without warning. They take months to find replacement cleaners. Go somewhere else.
