Took one of our children there for some assistance. Only had one session - unfortunately for the next booked session we made a mistake with the session time and turned up late, to find that the practitioner had already left.
The reason for the negative review is that the practice manager then charged the full session fee as if we had not shown up.
Our point that we had in fact turned up, and the practitioner had already left, before the end of the scheduled session, fell on deaf ears.
So we effectively ended up paying for her services, whilst she was presumably on her way home, or out relaxing with friends.
I understand small businesses have to have cancellation policies so that their time is not wasted. However, the lack of interest in showing any flexibility with the policy given the circumstances, demonstrated to me that they were more interested in changing fees than providing services to children that need them.
Needless to say, this was enough of a red flag that we thought it best to go elsewhere.
