        Jess and team did a fantastic job for my wife's surprise party. She was responsive in the lead up, giving menu suggestions to fit a budget, as well as allowing me to customise items and quantities. She went into specifics, even asking for kitchen, dining, and oven layouts so that the day would run smoothly. The cuising was vietnamese - consisting of a mix of entrees (rice paper rolls, spring rolls, bao), main dishes (chicken fillet, fired rice, stir fry veg), and kids menu (friend rice, spring rolls). All feedback from a guests was positive. The team were punctual on the day, and ensured the food was served nicely and cleanup was seamless. The food presented beautifully. Thank you.
